It is fairly self explanatory and for use by trainees and consultants.
Trainees are expected to keep separate logbooks, showing what proportion of cases outsourced they get to do.
E-Logbook allows you to say if you did a THR at the PP site – but does not indicate whether that was one out of 2 available cases (reasonable) or out of 8 cases (and the trainee assisting at the other 7 – unreasonable!!)
A mini induction is good and we expect “Certificates” of this.
